Here are some places to look to buy water storage containers.  

Rockwell Water Systems offers tanks and accessories for home water storage.  You can save $100.00 on the tanks if you pick them up yourself at the company site located at 395 N. 1140 W., Suite 1, in Ogden, UT.

Industrial Container has a large supply of barrels, buckets, stackables, spigots, etc.  They are located at 1845 S. 5200 W. in Salt Lake City.
